The enterprise is part of the ECO-culture agro-industrial holding, which specializes in the cultivation of vegetable products in greenhouses.

The planned volume of investments will be more than 8 billion rubles. 15 new jobs will be created. Completion of construction is scheduled for September 2023.

Since 2016, TK Vegetables of the Chernozemya LLC has been implementing a project for the production of vegetables in greenhouses in the region. Year-round greenhouses with an intelligent supplementary lighting system are located in the village of Bochinovka, Usmansky district. Tomatoes are grown on an area of 85.6 hectares. At the end of 2021, 41.5 thousand tons of vegetables were harvested in the complex.
